Tuesdays:
9:30 am TRX at Shut Up & Box in Royal Oak
6:15 pm 30 minute session of Zumba in the Circuit at Curves in Birmingham, $5
7:30 pm Zumba at Madison Athletic Club in Madison Heights, $19.95/month, madisonathletic.com to reserve

Wednesdays:
10 am Body Ball Challenge at Madison Athletic Club in Madison Heights, $19.95/month, madisonathletic.com to reserve
6:30 pm TRX at Shut Up & Box in Royal Oak

Thursdays:
8:30 am Kick-Step-Crunch at Powerhouse Gym in Birmingham, $15 to drop in
6:30 pm Definity & Drums at Beverly Hills Club

Fridays:
9:30 am Zumba in the Circuit at Curves in Birmingham 30 minutes $2 for members $5 for non-members 10 am Zumba at Madison Athletic Club
