Introducing...Zumba Rock your Body Program!

Want to have a great time while improving your lifestyle, well-being and fitness? Tone up without bulking up and be held accountable for your workouts? We offer more than a regular group exercise setting without the pressure of a one on one commitment to jump start your plan of action. Join Sara Hoffman for a 6-week session that will have you feeling energized and ready for more. Each meeting features a full Zumba class 2 times a week with added toning, stretching and relaxation elements and a nutrition component to help you change your body and achieve your goals.

How it Works:
1) Come to your first session for free on the specified trial date (every 8 weeks) to see how fun and motivating it is. Bring friends and family so they can see the journey they’ll be supporting you to take!
2) If you sign up, your first session will be an important orientation where we will talk about all our goals and get started on important & exciting changes to your life!
3) We will continue to meet twice a week for 6 weeks or however long you want to keep coming back! Every session will include a full Zumba cardio workout, followed toning exercises tailored to you, a stretch and relaxation session and then group conversation about food, lifestyle or anything else that relates!
4) Keep up the program as long as you want!!

Flex program (1x/week or 6 classes) $60

Join instructor Sara Hoffman for an exhilarating evening workshop that's sure to get you in the mood for Valentine's Day...Learn to embody the care-free, sultry and entertaining style of theburlesque dancer while getting your workout on! Inspired by the 2011's movie "Burlesque"s glamorous dance scenes, you'll get a summary of basic striptease & burlesque moves as well as a smolderingly sexy workout. We'll start with a little warm-up to awaken your body, followed by some toning, lengthening and form-perfecting "dancers' drills", then learn some heart-pumping dance combos, and finish off with a group Burlesque performance. Ladies only. Clothes stay on but feel free to wear layers!
